Leadership and Governance
Over 5000 youth bunges (local youth parliaments) have been formed to serve as an open and safe space to develop leadership skills, promote transparent decision making and promote collective voice on all matters affecting the youth.
1328 people (713 males, 615 females) have benefitted from Life Skills and Entrepreneurship Trainings in West Pokot and Trans Nzoia counties.
95, 510 citizens have been reached with quality civic education in 28 wards of Uasin Gishu County
RWPL mobilized 200 women and influenced them into taking part in the public participation forums regarding the development of the CIDP of Bungoma County. This resulted in gender-sensitive programs being included in the 5-year plan.
35 women aspirants have been trained on leadership, effective campaign strategies, key factors in elective processes, preparing for party nominations and general election, skills for women in political leadership
